Adjacent to the historic district, this four-diamond luxury hotel is in the heart of downtown Dallas beside the famous landmark, Reunion Tower. The hotel also offers direct, easy access to DART Light Rail line via a walkway to Union Station. A variety of food options are available within the hotel including Wolfgang Puck's Five-Sixty, revolving 50 stories above the city in the Reunion Tower; Parrino's Oven, serving Italian cuisine; Centennial Cafe's Southwestern cuisine; Monduel's Lounge in the hotel's 18-story atrium lobby; and Coffee's Post, a casual coffee bar serving an array of coffees and sandwiches.

Special Conference Attendee Rate
Conference attendees will receive a conference rate of $169 plus taxes for single/double occupancy. Government attendees will receive the current government per diem at the time of check-in, currently $83 plus taxes. Government attendees will be asked to show government ID to receive the government per diem rate.

It has been brought to our attention that 3rd party room brokers not affiliated with the E-Scrap Conference have contacted some of the 2012 E-Scrap Conference attendees and exhibitors about booking hotel reservations for the E-Scrap Conference through such companies. These 3rd party brokers can create a false impression that they are affiliated with the E-Scrap Conference, and many claim to offer lower room rates.

It has been brought to our attention that Convention Housing Services (CHS) is contacting attendees and potential attendees of the E-Scrap Conferences claiming to be the housing coordinator. We have no affiliation with CHS and this is a scam. Please do not book hotel rooms through CHS or any other third party housing coordinator. The only official way to secure your hotel rooms is directly with Hyatt.

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is located 25 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Transportation To and From DFW Airport and Hyatt Regency
The airport shuttle is approximately $17 per person, one way. Super Shuttle operates 24 hours a day. For more information, please visit www.supershuttle.com. Taxi service is approximately $45-50 one way. Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Fort Worth's The T offer rail service to DFW Airport from Dallas and Fort Worth via the Trinity Railway Express (TRE). Scheduled rail service is provided Monday thru Saturday. Union station is the closest station to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.The Rental Car Center is located at 2424 E. 38th St, DFW Airport, TX, near the south entrance of the Airport and is served by 10 companies.
Driving Directions from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport
Take the south airport exit and follow signs to Dallas via Hwy 183 (east). Continue approximately 14 miles and merge to I-35E (south) to Dallas. When the downtown Dallas skyline is visible the famed 50-story Reunion Tower will be seen and is connected to the hotel. Continue I 35E (south) approximately 8 miles to Exit #428E (Reunion Blvd/Commerce St (east) and exit to the right. Once at street level, continue to the next traffic light at Houston Street and turn right. Go one (1) block to the next traffic light at Reunion Blvd (west) and turn right. Continue down the incline to the traffic light at Hyatt Regency Hotel Drive. For hotel parking, turn left and continue up the incline to the front drive of Hyatt Regency Dallas, just up the hill. For Five Sixty and Reunion Tower parking, continue to follow Reunion Blvd around the hotel. Turn left at the traffic light at Hyatt Regency Hotel Drive. Valet parking for Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck and Reunion Tower will be on your left.
