Hilton Orlando

The E-Scrap Conference and Trade Show is proud to have chosen the Hilton Orlando as this year’s conference venue and host hotel. To get the most out of your conference experience we recommend you stay at the host hotel, where hundreds of recycling professionals will be an open door away.

Secure hotel reservations at the Hilton Orlando by August 23 or before the room block is sold out to receive the special conference rate of $219 plus resort fee and taxes.

The Hilton Orlando offers a relaxing lazy river and pool, 24-hour fitness center, recreational volleyball, basketball and bocce ball courts, full service spa and salon. Dining options include Spencer's for Steaks and Chops, David’s Club, The Bistro, Tropics Pool Bar and Grill, Scratch Market that is open 24 hours and in-room dining.

What to Pack

Recommended conference attire is business casual. Hotel ballrooms and meeting rooms are often kept on the cooler temperature, and the exhibit hall can become warm with many visitors. We suggest packing layers to keep you comfortable throughout the day.

At the Conference

Conference Registration

You can pick up your name badge and conference program at the conference registration desks located in the Orlando / Orange Ballroom Prefunction. Conference registration will be open the following times:

Monday, September 23 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, September 24 from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, September 25 from 7:30 am - 1:00 pm

Wear Your Name Badge

Your name badge is your admission to all elements of the conference, including conference sessions, exhibit hall and meal functions.

Special Dietary Needs

You may make dietary restriction requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, kosher and/or allergies) on your conference registration form or by contacting the registration coordinator at 503-233-1305 x115 or

On-Site Materials Recovery Program

Materials recovery opportunities will be provided throughout the conference, including recycling bins located in the exhibit hall and session ballrooms.

Luggage Concierge

Store your bags with the conference luggage concierge any time between 7:30 am - 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 25, location TBD.

Transportation To and From

A cab ride costs approximately $40 US Dollars to and from the Hilton Orlando and the Orlando International Airport.

Airport Shuttle
Shuttle service is available from the airport to hotels located on and near International Drive for approximately $35 per person. Secure shuttle reservations online.

Rental Cars
Orlando is the largest rental car market in the world, with most of the major car rental companies located on-airport, without the need for a shuttle bus to pick up your rental car. The rental car companies are located on the A-Side and B-Side of the Terminal on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).

Driving Directions From the Airport
Depart airport on Airport Blvd. Take SR 528 West towards International Drive. Exit International Drive turn right onto International Drive. Turn right onto Destination Parkway. Hotel will be on the left.
