The National Center for Electronics Recycling (NCER) can help make sense of the state mandated electronics recycling programs in simple and practical terms. This workshop will give attendees a way to understand key concepts and major differences among the types of state laws. If your company is facing requirements to comply with the laws, or you are working to assist companies that do, this workshop will give you a unique way to think about and understand the challenges and opportunities. Attendees will hear expert knowledge on how manufacturers and recyclers successfully comply, as well as helpful tips on common mistakes seen by the regulators. Presented by NCER.
